Britney Spears Bumped Out of No.1

In a surprise move, Billboard officially revised a significant policy this week, one that now allows exclusive album titles -- those available through one retailer -- to appear on their charts. The change bumps Britney's comeback album to number two with 290,000 copies sold in its first week of release.The number one album, sold only through Wal-Mart, is the EAGLES' first studio effort in 28 years, Long Road Out of Eden, with 711,000 copies sold.
