Análisis (en inglés) - Amazon.com :
Sexy heartthrob Enrique Iglesias returns with a slickly produced collection of rhythmic ballads ("Esperanza," "Cosas del Amor") and soft rocking sing-along tunes ("Desnudo," "Contigo"). Iglesias, who wrote six songs here, sounds more confident and in control than ever in this work produced by Rafael Perez-Botija. Ultimately, though, most of this stuff sounds like lightweight pop pap wrapped in lush arrangements, occasionally overly dramatic and consistently overproduced. The tunes go down nicely, but they're instantly forgotten once they're over. The only tunes into which Iglesias injects some notable fire are "Para de Jugar" and the R&B/funk-flavored "Dicen por Ahi." It hardly matters, however, to his main audience--mostly adoring female fans. Iglesias's matinee-idol looks and this sweet ear candy are all they need. --Ramiro BurrAnálisis de usuario (en inglés) - 1999-05-17
- Romantic, authentic, 100% Latin!!!! A success!!!Enrique Iglesias is a very talented singer!!! Although some people think he lives under the shadow of his father's huge success (for you who don't know, his father is Julio Iglesias), the kid overcomes the rumors proving his capability and own talent in this CD. It has soft ballads and they are deep truly inspiring love songs. There are notably enchanting songs (fast beat and slow jams) such as: "Nunca te olvidare", "Contigo", "Para de jugar", "Dicen por Ahi" & "Ruleta Rusa" (all 5 and more stars!!!). In my opinion, Enrique is far more talented than some artists which are being globally promoted and deliver a poor "cross-over" CD, such as Ricky Martin, who's new release, the self titled english-spanish album, was a huge disappointment to fans and people in the music industry. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO CREATE NEW ARTISTS, WHY DOESN'T THE MUSIC INDUSTRY OPEN IT'S EYES TO THE TALENTS WE ALREADY HAVE??? "QUIQUE", TE DESEO TODA LA SUERTE DEL MUNDO!!!!! LOGRARAS MUCHO EN TU CARRERA!!! VUELA ALTO Y CON PASION!!! SIGUE CANTANDO ASI: CON TODA EL ALMA Y CORAZON!!!!

- Gorgeous music!I decided to buy Enrique's Spanish albums after enjoying his English album so much. First of all, I have to say that his Spanish albums are very different from his English one, they contain mostly slow songs, but they're still AWESOME! Wow, listening to his Spanish stuff made me become an even bigger fan! Cosas Del Amor is just breathtaking! If you love gorgeous ballads, then you should buy this album! Enrique's ballads are what fantasies are made of. I've never heard ballads filled with so much poetry and sung so emotionally. I don't know Spanish, but luckily I was able to find translations of the songs so I know what he's singing about. Even if I had no idea what he was saying, these songs would still touch my heart. But I have to say that becoming an Enrique fan has helped me learn some Spanish, so there's another benefit besides discovering great new music. These songs are so romantic and beautiful. "Nunca Te Olvidare" has only a piano and violins in the background; it's stunning, sad, and beautiful. "Cosas Del Amor" is also gorgeous. "Contigo" makes me think of a beautiful sunset when I listen to it. "Sirena" is so heart-wrenchingly beautiful and maybe my favorite song on the album (but it's hard to say that only 1 song is my favorite since so many of them are amazing). The songs I love the most are "Nunca Te Olvidare", "Cosas Del Amor", "Esperanza", "Contigo", "Sirena", and "Ruleta Rusa". "Ruleta Rusa", the last song on the album, surprised me because it's up-tempo like most of the stuff on his English album, but it still fits on Cosas Del Amor. It's a fun ending to the album. If you became a fan of Enrique's because of his English album, then I suggest getting some of his Spanish music because it shows a different, but equally amazing, side of him. Like I said, most of his Spanish songs are slow, unlike his mostly up-tempo English CD, but Enrique shows that he is amazing at both fast songs and ballads.

- Another sexy, racy CD by Enrique!I now own all of Enrique's CD's from the first (1995). The reason I bought this one is because of Nunca Te Olvidare. I still remember the first time I heard it - driving in my car, I couldn't believe actually starting to cry...it's that beautiful. He is an amazingly soulful songwriter. My second favorite is Cosas Del Amor. Do yourself a favor and buy a Spanish dictionaary if you don't understand what he's saying...believe me, you WANT to know what he's saying. Sexy, sexy, muy caliente! And that voice - totally unforgettable. I recently read an interview that Enrique gave regarding this CD and he basically said that this is the one you want to buy and play for the (paraphrasing) "lady in your life, because it's going to make her want to love you alot." I think I would have to agree.

- Enrique at his bestAfter being a fan of Enrique since the first time I heard "Experiencia Religiosa" (from his very first disc), I was extremely excited when "Cosas" came out. My boyfriend and I listened to it, and I almost cried. Enrique's amazing voice stirs my soul....great music for a romantic night with that special someome. I saw him live during the "Cosas" world tour, and he was incredible.... he's one of those singers who sounds better live than on the disc. Thank you, Enrique, for such amazing music.

- I wish he was "Desnudo" on the cover! If I had one night to spend with either Ricky Martin, Charlie Zaa, or Enrique Iglesias, my choice would be Enrique (Desnudo!). His songs are the BOMB! Especially "Esperanza" which conjurs up memories of my time in Paris. My boyfriend Faustino is jealous of him but I don't care. He will never be the bulb that lights up my church. May Enrique live on forever!
