- No, kiddies, J-Lo did not invent the remix! For that matter, neither did En Vogue. But recording companies have always felt the need to sap as much out of the consumer's dollar as possible. Thus, if a group (or singer) had a profitable debut, then, who is to say that lightning couldn't strike twice for the same songs? "Remix to Sing" follows that belief, featuring five slightly restructured hits from "Born to Sing" and an out-of-place "Christmas tune". Not one for the history books, the album still accomplishes its goal: to milk the cash cow for all its worth.
