The Darkness es una banda de rock creada en el Reino Unido por los hermanos Justin (guitarra y voz), Dan Hawkins (guitarra), Frankie Poullain (bajo) y Ed Graham (batería). Su primer single "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" alcanzó el número uno de las listas de ventas del Reino Unido, y su primer álbum "Permission to Land", ha vendido más de cuatro millones de copias. Han declarado estar influenciados por bandas de rock de los años '70 como AC/DC, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Queen, T-Rex, Aerosmith y Led Zeppelin. Los tonos agudos de Hawkins se han convertido en una marca de identidad. |
