Destiny's Child (sometimes referred to as DC or DC3) is an R&B and pop girl group comprising lead singer Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The group released four major studio albums and four US number-one singles, and, including solo releases, has sold over 50 million records worldwide, of which over 17.5 million was in the US. According to the World Music Awards, they are the world's best-selling female group of all time. Billboard magazine ranks the group as one of the greatest musical trios of all time. |
