Location: Opera House Delta Goodrem is set to return to her hometown of Sydney for a special one night only show at the Sydney Opera House on Sunday December 6, 2009. Presented by Sanitarium So Good, the award winning singer songwriter and her band will take over the Concert Hall of the prestigious Sydney Opera House to perform Christmas Carols and a selection of Goodrem’s most popular hits from her highly acclaimed albums Innocent Eyes, Mistaken Identity and Delta. Delta Goodrem said of her special one night only show; “Christmas is such an important time of the year - it’s a time of love and being with those who are most important to you. I’m thrilled to be able to perform at the Sydney Opera House and to my incredible fans during a time of celebration and togetherness.” The concert will be Goodrem’s first solo show on the world-class stage of the Sydney Opera House with the singer performing a string of songs from her stellar career. The concert will see Goodrem return from the US where she is currently songwriting for her fourth studio album. The carols set list will be published the day of show. The concert will provide fans with the ultimate fun night of music for all the family.
