An excellent cd with a nice variety of celtic sounds including male vocals mixed with the always good Maire Brennan vocals. This is my favorite Clannad cd.

As they would say in Ireland, it is "brilliant".

Unlike that first reviewer, the first song grabbed me, and the whole album held me from there, with a charmed and charming array of pieces including a wide variety of sound and flavor. I just added this CD to my collection, but I know it will be one of my most played!

I have five Clannad cds now, and this is the one I play the least. I cringe every time "Seaweed," the first song on the cd starts to play; it's the sort of brainless Irish chant that would make you change the station -- fast -- if you heard it on the radio. Once past that obstacle, however, Clannad gets their act back together admirably. Maybe not their best work (See Lore, Legends or Rogha), but very, very fine stuff.
