Both "Spoke in Tongues" and "Mad About You" feature arresting percussion arrangements, against which Kreviazuk's charmingly accented English weaves a hypnotic spell, while the soul-baring, solo piano-accompanied "Asylum" and "Wendy House" inhabit a musical and lyrical space somewhere between Tori Amos's baroque confessionals and Kate Bush's enigmatic imagery.
