- Get The Yesterday Once More Collection InsteadThere are newer remeastered versions of this anthology out which have better sound quality.

- A+...nothing like that voiceNo matter how many Streisands and Dions we get, there has never been a voice or a way of interpreting a song like Karen Carpenter. Last, but defintely not least, is Richard's wonderful arrangements and musicality. This duo was the best of all time, in my opinion. Sadly missed. I wish that Richard would grace us with more music.

- You can do betterI am amazed that this particular title is still in print. The CLASSICS VOL. 2 collection was part of A&M Records' 25th Anniversary celebration and just months before, Richard had released the YESTERDAY ONCE MORE 2-disc set. Seeing no need to reformulate yet another set for the celebration, Richard & A&M simply re-titled and repackaged the YESTERDAY ONCE MORE set under this new title. Since then YESTERDAY ONCE MORE, which featured remixes of the classic tunes, has been re-mastered and re-issued again with an additional tune and slightly different order. As a result, you can get this same package in a better format for about the same money. As I said, although in its day this was a great package, you can do better. I'm amazed that it's still out there.

- A definitive collection of Carpenters immortal classicsThere has never been any duo as great as this brother-sister team and it all reflects on the harmony that they've created....they will forever be one of the pioneers of pop music....

- WishingIs it possible to get the original music not remastered transferred to CD. If you listen to the original records then the remastered CD, there is a slight blanding out of the original music. I would really appreciate it if someone out there could ask whoever is in charge if we could get the original Carpenters, not remastered non CD.
