Trevor James Smith, Jr. (20 de mayo de 1972, Brooklyn, Nueva York), más conocido como Busta Rhymes, es un actor y cantante estadounidense de hip hop y hermano de Brodie Edwards (conocido como Busta Rhymes el 2°). El apodo le viene del antiguo jugador de la NFL George "Buster" Rhymes, que le fue dado por Chuck D de Public Enemy. Smith nació en East Flatbush, un barrio del distrito neoyorquino de Brooklyn, hijo de los inmigrantes jamaicanos Cherry Green y Trevor Smith, Sr. En 1983 su familia se muda a Uniondale, suburbio de Nueva York en Long Island. |
