This kid has talent....I especially like the song "Bounce with me" ....when I first heard it I couldn't believe that it was just a kid, I even saw the music video. This CD will leave you impressed that such a young kid has such talent, I recommend it if you like rap, he kind of has the Snoop Dogg style (since that is who got him into the music business), so if you like Snoop Dogg you will probably like Lil Bow Wow...

This is so not rap, well maybe it is, but this is horrable! He's just talking, like all rappers do, but the thing that seperates him from most rappers is 1. He doesn't write his own songs and 2. He thinks he's all that, I mean Outkast and 2Pac write meaningful lyrics and are modest about everything they do and 3. The song "Puppy Love" offended me (like most all of his songs, I mean he's talking about how he's just hanging out with this girl for one thing (but he says," I"m too young to get down like that!")and he doesn't like her at all. Something is wrong with that, and my friends are confinced they have talent because they sang that song at school, sad, and I'm probley the ONLY 10 year old girl who will give Bow Wow a bad reviev. (Also check ou t what he wears, he acts like he's some classic rapper wearing his Timbalands, and very baggy pants, he looks terriable and unconfertable.) bow wow is awesome, no doubt and i'm not even gonna try to hate on em. the debut album, has a few things wrong with it, but then again what debut record doesn't? he took the world by storm becuz hes young, and i'm sure girls bout the cd cuz they thought he was cute, but another reviewer said "bad gimmick" i don't think thats true, becuz unlike most rappers (*cought TRINA, cough cough*) he isn't being anything hes not.

everybody knowz the kid didn't write his own lyrics but suprisingly jermaine dupri did an ok job of making him sound mature but still like a kid at the same time. "bounce with me" (featuring Xscape) showed how hes still young, and "whats my name (bow wow)" (featuring Snoop Dogg) showed the more mature side. both singles hot, but you won't find anything like this on the album anywere. first off the over whelming guest list should've been cut down. bow wow has 2 solos, and is easily shown up by da brat, jd, snoop, xscape, jagged edge and others because they posses may more experience.

the tracks are downright corny, well some of em anywayz. "puppy love" & "ghetto girls" are examples. but like i said i'm not gonna hate because i really like bow wow, and i think that he will be so much better when he enters "the future". but like he says he can stay happy with a pocket full of doe, and i don't know many of us who could disagree.

I was suprised by this cd. I didn't expect anything else to be as good as bounce...but I was wrong. Jd did again with this one. The difference between him and kris Kross when they first came out is that he dosen't come with anything like backwards clothes or nothing....he just flows on every song. For only 13 years old he is off to a good start. What else is good here?

The Future-- Bow wow and Roc flow on this song. It has a tight futuristic, intro type beat with lil bow wow leting you know who's gonna be the future of rap. good song.

This Playboy---Bow Wow leeting you know his skills with the ladies. he dosen't try to be grown up all the way by letting you know he still got respect for them and he's not ready. JD does some ad libs but the song is good...tight beat.

Bow Wow(Thats my name)---The best track on the album. I played this 20 times beofre I moved on. Snoop and Bow wow did good on this. The beat alone is tight.

Bounce with me remix---I didn't think it was possible to make this better but it is. LIl Mo kinda makes the song faster with more soul and R.O.C. helps to keep it tight. he's another rapper to watch out for from so so def.

Overall thats the best tracks on this album. everything else is good but I think these tracks stand out the most. If you are looking for a tight rap cd thats not full of filler....look no further. U will be suprised how good this is.

Hey, I'm wondering why all these stupid bling bling rappers have the "Lil'" stupid thing in their names. Well, I have come up with a solution. Why don't Lil' Kim,Lil' Romeo,Lil' Bow Wow,Lil' Wayne,and Lil' Zane form a group called, "Lil' Everything." I mean, Lil' Bow Wow cant rap much better than California Steve (my friends will know who I'm talknig about),a bum in my town. How many licks?0 that's how many.Lil' Wayne, Lil' Zane? What's the diff?Lil' Romeo? Michael Jackson? Same Thing.They could use Minime. I'm Out.
