SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A homeless man has been charged with a string of unprovoked stabbings of woman and children as they rode public transportation or walked the streets of San Francisco. Thirty-year-old Bobby Brown Jr. is facing four counts of attempted murder, four counts of assault with a deadly weapon and seven other felony charges stemming from the attacks, including one Monday.
