Bob Dylan Awarded Pulitzer Prize

The rock legend is now Pulitzer winner. Master singer/songwriter BOB DYLAN is a Grammy winner, Oscar winner and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame -- now he can add Pulitzer Prize winner to his long list of accomplishments. The Pulitzer Board announced today that the music legend was awarded a Special Citation "for his profound impact on popular music and American culture, marked by lyrical compositions of extraordinary poetic power." Dylan's masterful blend of soulful vocals and socially-conscious lyrics have made him an icon for several generations of music lovers.
