Music News: Dylan's 44th disc debuts at No. 1 -- Bob Dylan secured his first No. 1 album in 30 years as his "Modern Times" (Columbia) sold 192,000 copies in the week ended Sunday. Dylan's 31st studio album -- and 44th overall -- posted his biggest sales week of the 15 years of SoundScan.
