Björk Guðmundsdóttir, nacida en Reykjavik (Islandia) el 21 de noviembre de 1965. Publicó su primer disco con tan sólo 11 años, lo que la lanzó a la fama en su país natal. Posteriormente formó parte de diferentes bandas punk islandesas de la epóca como Tappi Tikarrass o KUKL, pero fue con los Sugarcubes con quien alcanzó el reconocimiento internacional, que fue su plataforma para el despegue de su carrera solista, en 1993, con "Debut". |
