Análisis (en inglés) - Amazon.com :
Is Adam Sandler maturing? First there was The Wedding Singer, now there's the ambition he displays on his fourth album, Stan and Judy's Kid. The bittersweet character sketch "Whitey" is the best example of Sandler's stretching here; most surprising is that the 16-minute piece never gets boring. Another lengthy track, "The Psychotic Legend of Uncle Donnie," is more akin to the '90s' Saturday Night Live's endless bits, though it's impressive to hear such a grisly conceit on a comedy disc. Sandler succeeds with pure absurdity on the opening "Hot Water Burn Baby" and five brief "Cool Guy" vignettes. Still the finest thing here is a sequel to Sandler's classic "Chanukah Song," which reminds us that "Lenny Kravitz is half-Jewish / Courtney Love is half, too / Put them together / What a funky, bad-ass Jew." --Rickey WrightAnálisis de usuario (en inglés) - 1999-11-27
- Adam's Funniest CD Yet!I think that this CD is Adam's funniest yet. I've been waiting a long time to hear the "Chanukah Song Part II."

- Wow.This is one of funnist CDs I heard in a long time. He is a great comedian. "The Peeper" is hilarious, as well as the Uncle Donnie skit. "The Champion" is by far the funniest, exploring the exciting world of golf. Anyway, I suggest to anyone that they go out and buy the cd right away.

- Truly disappointing!I am a huge Adam Sandler fan, and after awaiting "Stan and Judy's Kid" I was seriously let down! I don't think I laughed even once. Maybe I missed something, but it was just NOT FUNNY! Do not waste your money like I did.

- Hilarious!!I don't understand why people are trashing this album! I got this cd and along with a group of friends laughed our heads off! The peeper is my favorite skit. along with the cool guy tracks. I think Sandler is a comic with a heart. Notice how he does not rely on warn out jokes and stereo types to make you laugh. As for the skit called Whitey I know it wasn't very funny but it really wasn't meant to be. The skit basically illustrates how a person with physical deformaties is treated in society. There is no harm in putting a little light hearted social commentary in an album such as this. As a person with a disability I fully related to the skit. In all honesty, I don't see how this CD is any worse off than his first two; unless more vulgarity is simply funnier in some respect. Listen to it again, with an open mind. thanks Adam! Now how about number 5!

- Not Good - Could I give it a zero?I am a fan of Sandler's movies and SNL bits, but I thought this CD was boring, long, and just not funny. It has a moment or two, but overall, it's bad. I bought it because of the rave reviews I had seen of his other records. I hope they are better than this. I listened to the thing twice just to see if there was something I was missing. There was not. I honestly do not see why some people seem to love this record.
