Análisis (en inglés) - Amazon.com :
If Sandler had shelved about half the material on this bloated 75-minute disc, he would have done the listener a big favor. At times, the relentless, one-note routines actually work. Sandler gets plenty of mileage out of fart after fart on "The Hypnotist." And every time the wise guys on "Respect" mumble that word, the funnier it gets. But too many skits go on forever. Lacking dramatic shape, they just hammer away at worn-out riffs. The five "Excited Southerner" tracks could certainly have been dumped. Sandler and his cowriters apparently think that the excited Southerner's stutter is enough to make these bits funny. Besides the dozen-plus comic routines, the disc contains seven songs, five of which feature full-blown musical productions and L.A. studio musicians. The standout number is "The Chanukah Song," one of two live recordings that feature a solo Sandler accompanying himself on guitar. --Fred Cisterna

- HIS BEST HANDS DOWN
All across the board the songs are classics, the goat, ode to my car, mr bako, dip doodle, respect and the chanukah song. You name it, he did it. The only not-up-to-par spots are some of the excited southerner bits, and the one-joke hypnotist. Still, this is his best, if you like adam sandler but dont know which cd of his, pick this one! DO NOT PICK Stan and Judy's Kid, it is not quite up to his standards. The other two are solid also. Buy it. Im done.

- Pointless, Perfect Humor!
When I bought Sandler's first Cd, "Their All Gonna Laugh At You!", I was a little dissapointed. I enjoyed it, but, it was a little freaky. So I wasn't so quick to buy "What the Hell Happened to Me! But then when my friend told me about it, he said that it was hilarious. So I dicided to give a try. Boy am I glad I did! I remember the first time I listened to it, I was reading a book, one I couldn't put down, and I was crying I laughed so hard! Respect was so hilarious, Sammy was so funny, "Respect the Condom!" it's hilarious! Do it for Mama is just as funny, Sandler is sooo funny immatating the perverted mother! Even if it was reapeted over and over again, the Excited Southerner makes me laugh sooo hard, even know, after I've owned the Cd for more than a year! There may not have been any point at all to The Hypnotist, but it was hilarious! Ode to my Car, the funniest song on the Cd. The Chaunika Song is the only song without swearing, but the lyrics are brilliant! The Cow was stupid, but still, I can't help cracking up! The Goat, it sooo funny, Sandler is perfect at immatating, in each song giving his voice it's own personality.

So, any Sandler fans, or just comedy fans, this is the Cd for you!

- Sandler's Shenanigans
Oh my. This CD is awesome.

Tracks that are best are: "Ode to My Car" (classic!), "The Chanukah Song" (part 2 of which is in his CD "Stan and Judy's Kid") and "Dip Doodle" (just hilarious)

The best skits are the first two: "Joining the Cult" and "Respect" (about an Italian boy's grandfather and grandfather's friends at a social club--pay attention to Sammy!)

"Do It For Your Mama" was just a LITTLE bit freaky, but the whole CD, even with the "explicit lyrics" is perfect for the Sandler fan.

Go buy it. You'll love it.

- If this is "the best", I'd hate to hear the worst!
Ok, I'd like to start out by stating that I'll probably get a lot of negative feedback from this review, but I am being honest.

I am not offended by cuss words, but I am annoyed when a word is repeated over and over and over and over again until it looses all meaning(i.e., the "F" word). Every 2 words it's "F" this, "F" that, "F" you... it gets very annoying and looses all meaning after a while.

The comedy is also is in very poor taste (i.e., animal abuse, masturbating in front of a family member, rape in the sex or weight lifting sex, cults, and.. especially farting). The psychiatrist gag was the saddest thing I've ever heard. What is so funny about someone farting and farting and farting... beats me. However, Chaunaka Song was funny.

I enjoy Adam Sandler in the movies, and the WHAT'S YOUR NAME c.d. isn't as bad... the cursing isn't as repetitive and the jokes arent' in as bad taste. However, I strongly reccomend listening to true comedy by the true masters: Wildman Steve, Rudy Ray Moore, George Carlin, Robin Williams (but his repetitive use of "G. D." gets old too), Cheech and Chong, Monty Python.

This c.d. is either a take it or leave it (depending on your maturity level... if you find using the "F" word a million times, fart jokes, and other kid-like comedy, get this)...

But I choose to leave it.

- Cut out the excited Southerner cr*p and I'll give it 4.5
I really like Adam Sandler but I agree that the sterotypical southerner is not very funny. People can make fun of us and we can enjoy it if it is well done...this was not. In contrast such pieces as the farting hypnotist was by contrast ROTFL funny.
