Sheriff's deputies arrested a convenience store manager on charges he stole hundreds of dollars worth of receipts from his own store. Daryl Reed, 44, of Seneca Falls is charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree. He's the manager of the Byrne Dairy on Route 96 in Phelps.
